To estimate when your order will be processed and shipped, please take the following into account:
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.- For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank. Grafickle reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
- Grafickle orders placed after 1PM CST are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Grafickle. These interruptions include but not limited to transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
- Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

Grafickle collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer's online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are only added to our e-mail and mailing list if they opt to register or enter a contest. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
About Your Refund:
- Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.
- If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.
- All merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached.
- Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
- In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please be sure to request a Return & Exchange form and send it back along with your return package.
- Grafickle affiliate stores will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on orders placed on Grafickle.com.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If we are not able to verify your billing information, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. We accept credit cards that have been issued by a bank within the U.S. or Canada and have a valid billing address within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only.
